Design, supply and installation of a new automated logistic system for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Unitronics executed an agreement with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA) a global pharmaceutical company, to design, supply and install a new automated logistic system and storage facility.
Installed in one of Teva’s production sites, the system includes an automated storage and retrieval system (11 cranes, 41 meters height, 74,000 pallet positions), Rack support storage system, elevators and conveying elements, and it uses Unitronics PLCs and control technologies, as well as Unitronics’ UniStock™ WMS software designed to manage material flow and automated storage in logistic systems, while continuously exchanging information with the organization’s ERP system.
